## What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and the Leo's Tree Service LLC text messaging program. The messaging terms apply when you opt in to texts, not simply because you opened this site.

The tree work itself is governed by the written quote you receive, which is the only document that sets a price or a scope.

## Estimates and work

Estimates are free, and an estimate is not a contract. We do not give a price over the phone for a tree we have not seen; the number comes in writing after one of us has walked the property with you.

To do the work we need access to the property on the day, and we may reschedule for weather or for safety. We would rather come back than rush a cut.

## Text messaging program

The Leo's Tree Service LLC text messaging program sends texts about your job: estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way notices, quotes, invoices, replies to your questions, and follow-ups after a call. Promotional texts, such as a seasonal offer, go only to people who tick Jobber's separate marketing-consent box, and we send no more than four a month.

You opt in by ticking the consent box on the estimate request form, or by giving us your number when you call or text about a job. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

**Reply STOP to opt out at any time. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT work as well, or call or email us and ask. You will get one text confirming you are opted out and no further messages unless you opt back in.**

## Calls

When you call us, a computer assistant may answer. It tells you at the start that it is automated and that the call is recorded and transcribed. If you would rather not be recorded, ask for a person or hang up and one of us will call you back.

## Using this website

The words, photographs and video on this site are ours, and the photographs are of real jobs shown with the customer's permission. You are welcome to link to the site; please do not copy the pictures.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, but we do not promise it is free of errors. The estimate form and some links lead to other companies' sites, which have their own terms.

## Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee.
