# Tree service in Washburn

Washburn sits on the north side of Clinch Mountain, connected west by SR 131 into Union County, which is why a Maynardville crew reaches you before a Rutledge one does. The wind record here is recent and real: an EF-1 tracked down Highway 131 on February 6, 2025, snapping numerous trees, and Helene's remnants uprooted a seventy-foot pine near Bean Station the September before. Our one job here was pine and maple over a roof and gutters, climbed rather than reached from a lift.
