# Tree service in Blaine

Blaine sits at the southern end of Clinch Mountain, so one small town holds two kinds of tree work: house-and-driveway lots along Rutledge Pike, and steep mountain ground with a long way to carry brush. The same slope that made a February 2026 wildfire hard to reach decides whether a tree gets a lift or a climber. Grainger County limestone also makes this cedar country, since eastern redcedar favors dry limestone soils. Our job in Blaine was a maple beside a house and driveway, removed and chipped, with ground protection mats under the spider lift to keep the turf intact.
